Project consisted of installation concrete mechanical stairs, new sidewalks, curb, asphalt paving, utilities, and other site work. Placement of shoring for new stairs (excavation of approx. 14’), and demo/saw cut opening in existing concrete wall for access to mechanical room.
Installation of approx. 2,800’x6’ of new sidewalks, placement of concrete above ground pads for CHW and bollards, install of fire pump pads, striping of asphalt pavement.
