RCO was the prime contractor for installation of a new 6,000sf community pool to include a new lifeguard office building with restrooms and a new pump equipment building. Buildings included wood decking, steel framing, standing seam roof, tile façade walls, and interior finish out. Site improvements included decorative concrete, shade canopies, fencing, site electrical, and landscape/irrigation.
