RCO was the prime contractor for this design-build project that consisted of an upgrade to the existing mechanical system with roofing and architectural finishes for the student pilot dormitory of approx. 260 rooms. Included the replacement of all fan coils, forced air units, and exhaust fans, installation of a dedicated outside air system, and repairs associated with HVAC work. All need interior finish out to include new electrical, plumbing, and furnishings.
