Provide and replace/install new soil retention system, compact with impervious soil to prevent soil and water intrusion into the crawl space. Demo existing concrete as required. Back fill and re-grade as required by the extent of work.

Excavation to be done by the hand or mini-excavator to produce minimum impact to surrounding area. Form, reinforce, place and finish new concrete apron at perimeter of building at locations where it is removed. Provide and install sufficient amounts of top soil in areas requiring the replacement of foliage. Salvage all shrubbery as much as possible.

Any root damaged or dead shrubbery shall be replaced. Repair and/or replace demolished and failed/falling portions of the irrigation system. Adjust the existing irrigation system as required to eliminate/minimize future erosion. Reseed disturbed areas that do not require plants or shrubbery in order to stabilize the soil/ground as much as possible.
