Project consisted of installation of a new permeable paver parking lot; 8 bioretention areas with under-drains used to treat onsite stormwater runoff; installation of 8 cistern stormwater tanks that capture the rainwater from the building; Installation of exterior improvements to include rock walls, concrete flatwork, seal coat of existing parking lot, and new landscape and irrigation.
