Project consisted of sidewalks, curbs, and landscape improvements done to Brooks City Base’s biggest tenant Calumet Specialty Products.
Work included removal of existing concrete curb, sidewalk, and asphalt. Installation of approx. 940’x6’ of new sidewalk, 1,200LF of concrete curb, accessible ramps, drain boxes, flume drains. Excavation of base, removal of failed retaining system around building and placement and compaction of new base with retaining system.
Removal of existing landscape and installation of new vegetation, sod, and plants per owner’s discretion. Tree protection, tree pruning, and SWPPP was also part of scope.
